I am sure many of you in Southwest Florida have had a contractor who did not live up to what they promised. Pure Hardscapes is NOT one of those contractors. They solved a huge problem for us! When our pool and deck was completed, it wasn't long before the polymeric sand started to disintegrate. We had pavers sinking and upheaving. The pool contractor was notified on numerous occasions, but he refused to take our calls to correct this matter. We finally reached out to Pure Hardscapes. They came out to assess the situation. They were aware of a product that is supposed to be the best solution for porcelain pavers in an outside environment. They did some additional research, and with the information they provided to us, along with our own research, we hired them to redo our failed pool deck and lanai pavers. We had the rainiest summer on record last year (2024), and everything is still doing great! If you are looking for professional contractors for any paver/hardscape project, look no farther! What is your payment schedule?
We require a 50 percent deposit at contract signing. This deposit allows us to order materials and secure your selections early in the process. It also ensures your project stays on track for the scheduled start date. Remaining payments are reviewed during your proposal based on the scope of work.
