Next, we move into the design phase. For single services, we offer complimentary design assistance to help you select materials, finishes, and layouts that work for your style and space. Once finalized, you’ll receive a clear, itemized proposal with milestone-based payments.

  • Design support and material selections
  • Collaboration with engineers or architects when needed
  • Detailed proposal with scheduling overview
  • Permit planning if applicable

Pre-Construction and Scheduling

After you sign and submit your deposit, we lock in your build date and prepare your site. You’ll meet your dedicated project manager during a pre-walk meeting where we align on logistics and expectations. Most projects begin within five to eight weeks depending on scope.

With everything in place, our team gets to work. You’ll receive:
